Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services for the Municipal Office in Ropczyce2. The subject of the contract includes postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items, postal parcels, courier shipments to any address indicated by the Ordering Party within the country and abroad, as well as returns of undelivered shipments after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery.3. The Ordering Party informs about the execution of the subject of the order provides for the possibility of applying the option law pursuant to Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Therefore, the subject of the order in these proceedings has been divided into a basic (guaranteed) order and an order covered by option rights. The scope of the basic order is presented in the Calculation Form constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. The quantities given therein are the minimum quantities that should be included in the valuation in the Offer.4.
