Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the provision of postal services by the Contractor to the Kielce County Office of the County Office in Kielce in domestic and foreign traffic, including collection from the Ordering Party's registered office, acceptance, transportation and delivery of postal and courier items (letter items, postal parcels) and return of undelivered items, with the option right of 20%.2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the terms of execution of the order are included in the template of the Agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 7 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order, i.e.: 1) if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), 2) carrying out operational activities in the Kielce poviat and the city of Kielce.
