The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items, as well as the return of the items to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery within the meaning of the Act. Postal Law of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) for the needs of the Commune Office and GOPS in Kolbudy.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
