The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in accordance with, among others: with the provisions of: a) the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), b) the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of April 29, 2013 in on the conditions for the provision of universal services by the designated operator (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1026) c) Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of November 26, 2013 regarding complaints about the postal service (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 474, as amended) amended), d) Regulations regarding the delivery of parcels on the terms specified in the Act of June 14, 1960 Code of Administrative Procedure (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1691, as amended) regulating the procedure for serving letters sent in administrative proceedings.5.2.
