1. The subject of the order is the provision of universal postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items for the District Labor Office in Wroclaw and their possible returns, within the meaning of Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended).2. The subject of the order is described by the following code and name specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 64110000-0 Postal services.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ).4. The order must be made in accordance with the description of the subject of the order and the conditions specified in SWZ.5.
