Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision, in the period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, of postal services consisting in the collection, transportation and delivery of unregistered letter items (ordinary letters) and registered letter items (registered letters) in domestic traffic, in the economic category, sent by senators, also called senders, and their possible return to the sender after exhausting the possibility of delivering them to the addressee.2. The contractor is obliged to provide the services that are the subject of the order in accordance with the contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, and the applicable regulations, in particular: the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law, hereinafter referred to as the Pp Act, the implementing acts issued on its basis and the regulations for the provision of postal services to the contractor, issued pursuant to Art. 21 of the Act Pp.3.
