Task 1: Postal services A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the specification of the ordered quantities is included in Annexes No. 2A, 2B (price form) and Annex No. 3 (detailed description of the subject of the order). The contractor may entrust the execution individual parts of the subcontractor's order, i.e. the entity with which the subcontractor has concluded a subcontract, as defined in Article 7, point 27 of the Public Procurement Law. If the execution of the order is entrusted to a subcontractor, the Contractor shall be liable for the actions and omissions such an entity as zawasne. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor's contract with the Subcontractor be concluded in writing.
