The subject of the order is: Provision of post-warranty technical inspection services, diagnostics and repairs of incubators/incubators at Field Stations and Medical Team at the Military Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment SPZOZ. 2. A detailed description of the service that is the subject of this procedure is included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 11 to SWZ. This description should be read together with changes in the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors' inquiries. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting the Annex No. 11 to SWZ. 4.
