Providing post-warranty service for Hitachi arrays 1. The subject of the order is the provision of post-warranty service for Hitachi arrays, including: 1) within the scope of the basic order: a)removing Hardware or Software Errors Standard, in accordance with the provisions of point III section 4 of Volume III SWZ OPZ; b) handling Service Requests, in accordance with point III section 5 of Volume III SWZ OPZ; c) diagnostics of the Standard Hardware and Software regarding the correct operation of each functionality; d) performance of annual Preventive Service of Standard Hardware and Software; e) updating the Standard Software to the version recommended by the Equipment manufacturer, within 14 days from the date of sending by the Ordering Party application, the template of which is Annex No. 4 to Volume II of the SWZ PPU. The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the above-mentioned period. the deadline, which will be communicated to the Contractor in the Service Request form; f) providing access to the dedicated Software A standard website enabling the Ordering Party to independently download current versions of the Standard Software. 2) within the scope of the order covered by the option: a)removing a Hardware or Standard Software Error, in accordance with the provisions pts.
