Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the provision of physical security services for the facilities of the Hospital in Ostrda S.A., hereinafter referred to as the Hospital, located at ul. Wadysawa Jagiey 1 in Ostrda, i.e. buildings together with the area adjacent to these buildings, and property: 1) by one physical security employee working 24 hours a day, 2) 24-hour video monitoring service of the facility at a station located in the security room on the hospital premises, 3) removing snow and ice and sprinkling sand and salt on communication roads - main access points to the Hospital and AOS/POZ Clinic on weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day and on non-working days, 24 hours a day in the area specified in Annex No. 5 to the draft provisions of the contract. Materials and tools for removing snow and ice delivered to the Ordering Party.2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order can be found in the draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 4 to the specification of the terms of the order, hereinafter referred to as the SWZ. The hospital has mechanical security.
