The subject of the order is the provision of personal technical assistance services, consisting in carrying out, throughout 2026, proceedings regarding the elimination of architectural barriers in residential premises and/or buildings of people with disabilities. with disabilities in the area of Sosnowiec.1.1 Scope of an individual full procedure: 1) Initial pre-construction visit to the premises and/or residential buildings of people with disabilities. 2) Assessment of all technical documents (including sketches, bills of quantities, cost estimates) submitted by people with disabilities in the course of the process of eliminating architectural barriers, until the process is completed - in terms of their compliance with regulations, construction price lists included in generally available on the market guides/publishers and the principles and procedure for co-financing from PFRON funds for the elimination of architectural barriers.3) Preparation of guidelines for the construction cost estimate, taking into account the limits applicable in 2026 subsidies for certain construction works, materials and equipment used to adapt bathrooms.4) Verification of as-built construction documents (including cost estimates, construction designs).5) Post-construction inspection of construction works with scope of the removal of architectural barriers - control of compliance of construction works with contracts concluded with applicants.6) Explaining to applicants any doubts related to the removal of architectural barriers.1.2 Order...
