Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of personal assistant services for people with disabilities for approximately 53 people, including: 34 people with a significant degree of disability requiring a high level of support and 10 people with a moderate degree of disability and 9 children up to 16 years of ageyear of life. Moreover, in the group of people with a significant degree of disability, it is planned to provide support to at least 18 people with multiple disabilities and difficulties related to mobility and communication - a total of 34, 200 hours, financed from the Solidarity Fund under the Ministerial Programra of Family, Labor and Social Policy "Personal assistant for people with disabilities" - 2024 edition.
