1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of personal assistance services referred to in the Personal Assistant Program for Persons with Disabilities for Local Government Units, 2026 edition, hereinafter referred to as services for the residents of the Midzyrzecz Commune who are program participants. Services provided in the city of the Midzyrzecz Commune, i.e. in the place of residence of the resident covered by the services and in his immediate surroundings. 1.2.
