4) The subject of the order is the provision of sanitary transport services by a basic team consisting of at least two people authorized to perform rescue operations, including a system nurse or a paramedic. Transport sanitary facilities should be available 24 hours a day, all days of the week without exception, including Sundays, holidays and non-working days. It includes: - transfer of hospitalized patients to other medical units and diagnostic centers for follow-up treatment, - transport patients back and forth for medical consultations to other medical units and diagnostic centers and care for the Ordering Party's patient throughout transport and during medical consultations, - transport patients home after completed treatment, - caring for patients during transport, transfer of the patient or during medical consultations, - representing the Ordering Party in all matters relating to the patient in other medical units and centers diagnostics. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
