Providing patient nutrition services and distributing meals to departments The subject of the order is: a) preparing daily meals in the Contractor's kitchen, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food safety and nutrition (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448) b) delivery of meals by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, c) delivery and distribution to individual departments (ward kitchens) of solid meals prepared by the Contractor in an annual number approx. 56, 500, full-day liquid diets in the annual number of approx. 1, 500 and approx. 1, 300 portions of lunch soup for all patients of the District Hospital in Wodzisław Śląski, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski, ul. 26 March 51. In accordance with the order imposed on the Ordering Party obligation to expand the bed base in the event of an increased crisis situation, we reserve the right to order 200 full 24-hour meals for the hospital in Wodzisław Śląski. This will only happen in extreme situations, due to the need to use medical entities for the defense needs of the state pursuant to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of October 27, 2023 on the preparation and use of medical entities for the defense needs of the state, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1456 and the Act of March 11, 2022 on the defense of the homeland (Journal of Laws, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 718.) d) collecting dirty GN containers after separating meals and washing them at the Contractor's. e) providing waste containers ...
