Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of nails for zama supply in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex 1 to this Specification.2. Validity period: 24 months from the date of delivery 3. Additional conditions regarding the subject of the order: a) Contractor undertakes to deliver and deposit the subject of the order together with the instruments (if applicable) free of charge at the registered office of the Ordering Party (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1) for the duration of the contract. The contractor will be obliged to complete and service the equipment free of charge instruments (if applicable) provided to the Buyer under the contract in question. b) The contractor will be obliged to provide the instruments (if applicable) together with a list or photos of the tools. c) The contractor will be obliged to provide a cabinet intended for storing the sterile item of the order together with.4.
