The subject of the order is the provision of services to the Tissue Bank and the Cell and Tissue Culture Laboratory of the Oparze Treatment Center. Dr. Stanisław Sakiel in Siemianowice, Silesian services: 1. Testing the microbiological purity of the production environment: The scope of the service includes: 1) Monitoring the environmental cleanliness of the place of production of: a. air using the aspiration method, b. air sedimentation methods, c. surfaces using impression methods (walls, floors, machines, personnel) and/or swabs from hard-to-reach places. Number: 2, 450 tests.2) Cleanliness test microbiological environment of tissue material collection. Quantity: 50 tests.3) Identification of microbial strains that grew in samples taken by the Ordering Party in cleanliness class A and in the event of exceeding critical limits. Quantity: 20 tests.2. Fertility research microbiological media and culture medium, reagents used in culture in accordance with the Polish Pharmacopoeia, 13th edition. Quantity: 80 tests.3.
