Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of the service of successive collection, transport and disposal of medical waste from the Witokrzyski Mother and Newborn Center of the Specialist Hospital in Kielce for a period of 24 months. The estimated amount of medical waste constituting the subject of the order during the term of the contract is approx. 85, 000 kg in the codes: 18/01/01, 18/01/02, 18/01/03, 18/01/09. The quantity of medical waste to be collected and disposed of during the term of the contract is an estimate depending on the quantity admitted patients and the number of medical procedures performed, is the maximum amount and may be reduced to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. During the term of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: Collect waste in code 18/01/03 once a week; Reception waste code 18/01/02 every 72 hours (three times a week) on working days from Monday to Friday; Waste collection in codes 18/01/01, 18/01/09 according to the needs of the Ordering Party.
