The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and disposal of medical waste originating from diagnosis, treatment and medical prevention in accordance with the price offer and a detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 2 (price form), produced in the 118th Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic, Independent Public Health Care Facility in Ełk, ul. Kościuszki 30, 19-300 Ełk and Primary Health Care Clinic ul.
