The subject of the order is the purchase of medical services in the field of occupational medicine for employees of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons in Warsaw and in the Branches located in the following cities: Wrocaw, Toru, Lublin, Zielona Gra, d, Kraków, Opole, Rzeszw, Biaystok, Gdask, Katowice, Kielce, Olsztyn, Pozna, Szczecin. 1. The scope of the order includes services consisting in: 1) providing preventive health care for job candidates and employees of the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Persons Disabled people, based on the provisions of the Act of June 27, 1997 on the occupational medicine service (Journal of Laws 2022.437, consolidated text) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of May 30, 1996 on the conduct of medical examinations of employees, the scope preventive health care for employees and medical certificates issued for the purposes provided for in the Labor Code (Journal of Laws 2023.607, consolidated text); 2) cooperation with the Ordering Party in the implementation of obligations in the field of occupational health and safety, through participation in reviews of working conditions, during which advice will be provided in the field of work organization, ergonomics, physiology and psychology of work...
