Tender Details

Providing mass catering services for patients of SPZOZ in Łuków The subject of the order are social services for "Provision of collective catering services for patients of SPZOZ in Łuków". The contractor is obliged to perform the services in question with due care due diligence, in accordance with the provisions of this ToR and the requirements resulting from applicable law regarding the provision of services that are the subject of this procedure are binding on the Contractors, and their failure to include them in this ToR does not releases Contractors from the obligation to fulfill them. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contractor will be obliged to execute the order in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of August 25, 2006 on safety food and nutrition (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2132, as amended) and implementing regulations issued on the basis of this Act. The contractor is obliged to secure his offer with a deposit in the amount of: PLN 37, 000 - PLN thirty-seven thousand The deposit is paid before expiry of the deadline for submitting offers. The deposit may be paid in one or more of the following forms: 1)money; 2) bank guarantees; 3) insurance guarantees; 4) sureties granted by entities referred to in Art. 6b section 5 point 2 of the Act on November 9, 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
