The subject of the order is the delivery, launch and provision of a managed EDR security service for a period of 60 months, along with monitoring, analysis and security incident handling services by an external SOC/MDR team. The service includes endpoint protection Ordering Party, central management, analysis of alerts, qualification of incidents, notification of the Ordering Party, reporting, technical support and integration with a log collector or other security event reception mechanism used by the Ordering Party. The subject of the order does not include the delivery of a dedicated local EDR management server on the Ordering Party's side. The service may be provided in a cloud, service, hybrid or equivalent model, provided that the OPZ requirements are met. Service will cover up to 160 endpoints. By end point, the Ordering Party means in particular a computer, laptop, workstation, server or other device covered by an agent, connector, monitoring, log collection or other service component.
