Providing maintenance, support and modification services to the defined Internet Portals of the Ministry (PIM) 1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance, support and modification services for the defined Internet Portals of the Ministry (PIM). 2. Description The Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in: Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - maintenance services, Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - transfer services, Annex No. 1c to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - support services, Annex No. 1d to SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - defined change service. A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous conditions specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to referred to in art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the Contractor carrying out an on-site visit, but provides for the possibility for the Contractor to check the documents necessary to complete the order on-site at the Ordering Party's, referred to in Art. 131 section 2 point 2 of the Act - understood as access to the source codes of the PIM system and access to the technical documentation of the PIM system.
