Providing maintenance services for hot and cold water installations, central heating and double cleaning of 881 inclined filters installed on installations in all premises in the buildings at ul. Opolska 86, 88, 90, 92, 94 in Poznań located located in shafts in staircases in order to maintain their usable condition. 1. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of services consisting in: 1) double maintenance of hot and cold water installations and central heating (hereinafter: central heating) in order to maintain operational efficiency in the sections of the installation, from the main sub-stack valve, to the shut-off valves for the premises and to the automatic vents on the central heating risers2) double cleaning of 881 inclined filters mounted on the installations, for all premises located in shafts and staircases in buildings located at ul. Opolska86, Opolska 88, Opolska90, Opolska 92 and Opolska 94 in Poznań. When submitting an offer, please complete the "Offer form" attachment.
