Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services for equipment (YETI Innova robot with Adjunct XL100 and Wall B robot integrated through the BBMS system) and Biobank Software along with its regular calibration, continuous registration and remote control environmental parameters of the operation of the equipment within the BBMS (Biobank Management System) owned by the Ordering Party under the conditions specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - table of parameters and Annex No. 5 to SWZ - contract template.2. When preparing the offer, the Contractor should thoroughly familiarize himself with the content of all documents constituting the tender documentation, which should be read together with modifications and changes made by the Ordering Party during proceedings.3. Detailed provisions regarding the performance of obligations relating to this order are included in the draft contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
