The subject of the order are services related to the European Funds Website System (hereinafter referred to as "SSIFE"), in the scope of: 1)transfer of SSIFE to the ICT infrastructure of the Contractor or indicated by the Ordering Party, hereinafter referred to as "Transfer Services"; 2) providing the hardware and software infrastructure necessary for the operation of SSIFE and ensuring the continuity of the production operation of this system, hereinafter referred to as "Maintenance Services"; 3) technical support for SSIFE and making changes to the SSIFE software, hereinafter referred to as "Support Services". 2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in: Annex No. 1a to SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - maintenance services, Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - transfer services, Annex No. 1c to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - support services. Once the contract is concluded, they will be constituted annexes to the contract (the draft provisions of the contract constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4.
