Providing maintenance and development services for the PKWD-SINGLE WINDOW System 1. The subject of the order is: 1) within the scope of the basic order: a) Modifications to the System carried out by the Contractor for the Ordering Party, including: i.providing new and modernization of existing functionalities of the System used in KAS, in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III of SWZ - OPZ, called: Defined Development, ii.providing new and modernizing existing functionalities of the System used in KAS in a number not exceeding 12, 600 person-days, in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III of SWZ - OPZ, referred to as: Development upon request, b) provision of the System Maintenance Service in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III of SWZ - OPZ; 2) within the scope of the contract covered option: a) provision of new and modernization of existing functionalities of the System used in KAS as part of Development on Request, in a number not exceeding 21, 040 person-days, in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III SWZ - OPZ, b) provision of the Service System Maintenance, in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III SWZ - OPZ. 2.
