1. The subject of the order is: 1) within the scope of the basic order: a) Performance by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of modifications to the System, including: i. provision of new and modernization of existing functionalities of the System used in KAS, in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III SWZ - OPZ, called: Defined Development, ii. providing new and modernization of existing functionalities of the System used in KAS in a number not exceeding 12, 600 person-days, in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III SWZ - OPZ, called: Development upon Notification, b) benefit System Maintenance Services in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III SWZ - OPZ; 2) within the scope of the order covered by the option: a) providing new and modernizing existing functionalities of the System used in KAS as part of Requested Development, in a number not exceeding 21, 040 person-days, in accordance with with the requirements contained in Volume III SWZ - OPZ, b) provision of the System Maintenance Service, in accordance with the requirements contained in Volume III SWZ - OPZ. 2.
