1. The subject of the order is: 1) Basic order: a) Provision of the System Maintenance Service in accordance with the requirements contained in point 4 of the OPZ; b) The Contractor's modifications to the System for the Ordering Party include: providing new ones and modernization of the existing functionalities of the EUREKA System in a number not exceeding 1, 000 person-days, in accordance with the requirements contained in point 3.7 of the OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: System Development. 2) Order under option rights: a)Provision of the Maintenance Service System, in accordance with the requirements contained in point 4 of the OPZ. b) Providing new and modernizing existing functionalities of the EUREKA System as part of System Development, in a number not exceeding 1, 000 person-days, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 3.7 OPZ.
