Providing maintenance and development services for the Electronic Document Circulation System The subject of the order includes: a) Basic order: (1) Provision of SEOD System maintenance services, including extension of support for Microsoft licenses for a period of 48 months. (2)Providing SEOD System development services. (3) Expansion of the SEOD System: iDelivery of new hardware with a 48-month warranty and additional software with 48-month support. The list of hardware and software includes "Requirements for Development of the SEOD System" (Appendix No. 2d to the SWZ). Detailed requirements for hardware and software are specified in Annex 2d to the SWZ and in point 3, point 1) in col. 3 and in point 2) in col. 3 in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ "Price form and parameters technical and functionalities of the offered servers and software." The warranty rules are set out in Annex 2a to the SWZ. iiInstallation, connection and configuration of the supplied hardware and software referred to in point i. iiiUpdates system software/firmware (if required). ivConducting tests of the correct operation of the SEOD System. vPreparation and submission of technical post-implementation documentation. b) Option - extending access to the SEOD system for a maximum of 500 new users along with their Maintenance Services.
