The intent of this tender is to provide luxury vehicles and buses for the usage of Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the visits conducted by the official international diplomatic delegations to the kingdom of Bahrain. The awarded bidder should adhere to providing the requested vehicles whenever needed by the ministry of foreign affairs as per the requested period. All vehicles should be provided in excellent condition, clean and free of any technical issues. All rates shall remain fixed during the contract period. Payments to be processed based on the ordered and received services only. Service time is 24 hours x 7 days .
