Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of technical support for the Robotization Platform and the provision of licenses for robotization tools. 1. The subject of the order is to provide a license for tools for expanding the Robotization Platform within basic order and Option Rights. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the terms of service provision is specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex H to the SWZ, as well as in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ). constituting Annex 1 to the PPU. 3. The Ordering Party informs that point 2.8.1 contains an annex containing confidential information. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right. The scope of the option right is defined in § 1 section 3 PPU. 5. The Ordering Party is not obliged to exercise the option right in whole or in part. In the event of failure to exercise the option right, the Contractor shall not be liable to the Contractor for failure to exercise the option right. 6. The Ordering Party hereby an equivalent tool is allowed in the proceedings. Detailed conditions for equivalence are specified in the OPZ. 7. How to make Annex 11 to the PPU available: 7.1. Pursuant to Art. 133 section 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party imposes protection requirements on Contractors the confidential nature of some information made available in the course of the contract award procedure, reserving it as confidential and not making it available on the Ordering Party's website, i.e.: Annex No. 11 to the PPU. 7.2...
