We call an electronic International Open Procedure Competition for the provision of accommodation leasing services to meet the mainstreaming need (housing, feeding, and parking) of residents who were removed from their homes due to damage caused by explosive Mechanism in the area of Ampelokipi Attica, as stated in ANNEx A 'and described in ANNEx B', which are integral parts of this Declaration, estimated three hundred and sixty -nine thousand nine hundred fifty euros (369, 950.00) including the corresponding proportional VAT and third -party bookings [net value: three hundred twelve thousand two hundred and seventy -four euros and thirty -four minutes (312.274.34 €) plus forty thousand five hundred ninety -five euros and sixty -six minutes (40.595.66 €) Four minutes (€ 3, 541.94) plus eight hundred fifty euros and six minutes (850.06 €) VAT 24% and twelve thousand six hundred and eighty -eight euros (12, 688.00 €) without VAT], as well as any other burden, with the ability to exercise an option of three hundred thousand euros (€ 300, 000).
