The contracting authority shall perform laboratory tests for the special care of inpatient and outpatient patients for 24 months, the 1997 CLIV. Act 60/2003. (x.20.) ESZCSM, and No. 43/1999. (III. 3.) Government Decree and the applicable legal provisions and professional guidelines in force at any timeon the basis of. Providing a complete laboratory service for bacteriological tests to the contracting authority; for other tests; to determine the drug level; Hematology for studies, immunological examinations, chemical studies; Mycology-fungal tests;Parasitological tests; Blood coagulation hemostasis tests; Detection of virus antibodies for tests with professional content detailed in public procurement documentation. The successful tenderer must fully provide the laboratory services for the contracting authority at any given timeNational Health Insurance Fund Management (hereinafter: NEAK) to fulfill the obligations contained in the contract. The basic amount of the 12-month basic amount is the obligation to draw up: basic amount: a total of 1, 860, 060 examinations/year, with an annual point of 419 204, 527 points. THEIn detail, the Oeno code sequence is included in the procurement documents. The actual test quantity may differ from + 30 %from the basic amount.
