Providing IT support services for MFA employees as part of the Technical Support Center 1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of support for IT services provided by the IT and Telecommunications Office for the Ordering Party's employees. 2. Services will be provided to the Ordering Party's employees 365/7/24 (365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day). 3.
