1. The subject of the order is the performance of a task called: provision of IP telephony services for the needs of IMWM-PIB.2. The subject of the order includes: 1) development of a technical design for an IP telephony system; 2) delivery, installation, commissioning and configuration of the system; 3) carrying out tests of the correct operation of the system;4) conducting training in the use of the system;5) developing as-built documentation;6) providing telecommunications services through the use of the provided system;7) solving problems technical and troubleshooting while maintaining SLA parameters.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order and in the appendices constituting its integral part: 1) A.
