The subject of the order is the provision of services related to the fulfillment of the duties of an investor supervision inspector as part of the implementation of the investment task called Establishment of the Center for International Dialogue with the Memorial House of the Czarnodunajec Land and its inhabitants.2. The scope of the service includes performing the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector, resulting from, among others, joke. 25 and art. 26 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended) and was specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to this specification, and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the specification.
