Tender Details

The Ordering Party's intention is for the Contractor - the Investor Supervision Inspector - to act on its behalf during the implementation of the investment. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in performing the duties of an investor supervision inspector for the task Mon. "Construction of a thermal waste processing installation on the premises of ZZO Nowy Dwór" (hereinafter referred to as the Project), in accordance with the guidelines of the Modernization Program and concluded agreements for funding in the form of a grant and loan no. 333/2025/Wn11/OZ-up-FM/D and no 334/2025/Wn11/OZ-up-FM/P and the requirements of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw acting as the National Operator of the Modernization Fund during the implementation of the above-mentioned project by the Ordering Party. As part of the task Investment Plant Waste Management Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o. o. plans to build a technological hall with an installation for thermal processing of ballast waste generated after sorting and non-recyclable waste along with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, installations and devices. The investment will be carried out on the property adjacent to the Plant, with an area of 14.98 ha. The investment assumes the construction of a thermal installation with a capacity of 17, 300 Mg/year. Installation power in high-efficiency cogeneration: 6.1 MW, including thermal power of 4.8 MWt and electrical power of 1.3 MWe.
