POLAN IN KOZIEGŁOWKI TO LGOTA NADWARCIE IN KM 35+895.50 The subject of this procedure is: provision of investor supervision services for the task No. 1 "Reconstruction of DW789 from the motorway junction through Gniazdow Koziegłowy to Lgota Nadwarcie, stage II - section 1 from the Market Square in Koziegłowy to the intersection with Polan Street in Koziegłowki, and task no. 2: "Reconstruction of DW 789 from the motorway junction through Gniazdow Koziegłowy to Lgota Nadwarcie, stage II - section 2 from the intersection with ul. Polan in the town of Koziegłowki to the town of Lgota Nadwarcie at km 35+895.50. Both tasks are carried out on the basis of documentation prepared by the office of MOSTY KATOWICE Sp. z o. o. for which one decision was obtained from the Silesian Voivode granting permission for implementation road investment of July 13, 2017, no. 8/2017, reference number: IFXIII.7820.16.2017.
