"Providing investor supervision over the construction of two fire detection rooms in the design and build system and the installation of a set of specialized ground observation devices" A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in SWZ i annexes to the SWZ. The subject of the order are services consisting in providing investor supervision over investments including the implementation of: a. "Construction of two fire detection stations in the Pniewy Forest District in the design and build system" - in full scope, b "Delivery, installation and commissioning of a set of specialized devices for ground observation of forest areas and locating forest fires, together with equipment for an alarm and dispatch point" - to a limited extent regarding the implementation of the necessary connections (including verification of the correctness of the technology selection) and installation of video elements. The order includes supervision on behalf of the ordering party over the implementation of the construction investment (Performing the duties of a supervision inspector in accordance with the Act of July 7 1994 Construction Law Journal Laws of 2025, item 418). Before commencing the provision of services, the Contractor's obligations include familiarizing themselves with the functional and utility program and design documentation, including preparing a co-report of design documentation and getting acquainted with the investment area, its infrastructure and existing equipment.
