The Real Estate Bank Announcement of request for offers - The Real Estate Bank announces to the General Administration the provision of inks for notebook printers for the General Administration and the branches of the Real Estate Bank in accordance with the conditions contained in the technical specifications booklet. Whoever wishes to participate should visit the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank, Al-SquareGovernorate To obtain a copy of the book of legal and technical conditions for an amount of 200, 000 SYP, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, offers are submitted to the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank, Damascus, Governorate Square
- Temporary insurance: 6, 250, 000 only, six million two hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only
- Final insurance: 10% ofThe total value of the contract.
- Duration of the bidder's binding to his offer: The bidder is considered bound to his offer for a period of two months starting from the day following the last date for submitting bids.- Duration of the nominated bidder's binding to his offer: The nominated bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of three months starting from the day following the date of his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him.
- Implementation period: within 3 days0 days starting from the day following the date of notifying the contractor of the commencement order
- The delay fine is equivalent to 0.001 one per thousand of the total value of the contract
