Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of infrastructure hosting services, including the provision and maintenance by the Supplier of all public cloud services for the purposes of implementing the ŚWITEŹ system and the provision of the Dedicated Technical Assistance service. Offer must include all services necessary for the Delivery, Sharing of Cloud Services and the launch of the ordering party's Świteź system environment, in particular: 1. Cloud Delivery - Performing all necessary activities to launch, configuration and provision of all Cloud Services along with the provision of Infrastructure Documentation. The preparation must also include mapping the existing Świteź application environment used by the Ordering Party. The environment is running on MsAzure resources. 2. Launching the Świteź system owned by the ordering party on the cloud environment provided as part of the contract. 3. Provision of the Cloud Sharing service 24 hours/7 days a week/365 days a year for the duration contracts. 4. Provision of Dedicated Technical Assistance service. In particular, configuration, reconfiguration and optimization of all technologies used by the provided environment. The Ordering Party expects 120 man-hours for the entire duration of the contract, which will be allocated for the above-mentioned Dedicated Technical Assistance.
