The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for eligible, qualified and experienced service providers of Human Resources Management Services in Afghanistan.Vendors interested to participate in this Request for EOI from WHO are requested to complete their basic registration at the United Nations Global Marketplace. After registration, vendors interested in fulfilling the requirements are requested to express their interest by sending the documents requested in the EOI (Section 3) Point 1 & 2, completed in full, together with their Expression of Interest, to the email address (emacoafgtenders@who.int) not later than 29 April 2023 at 23:00, Kabul time. Submitted Expressions of Interest should not contain pricing information.WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
