Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 1.The subject of the order is provision of hotel services (bed and breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee break, training room with technical service) for the purposes of organizing training by the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in 2026 in Poznań. 2.The order is placed divided into 3 parts: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3. 3. The description of the subject of the order is detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in detail in the draft provisions of the contract which constitute Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. In cases where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, this means that it allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate this in his offer, in particular by means of the means in question evidence that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party to an equivalent extent. The means of evidence in question, referred to above are not subject to supplementation. 6.
