SUBJECT MATTER AND SCOPE OF THE ORDER. 1. The subject of the order is the provision of hotel, catering and conference services for the organization of events carried out by the Bilateral Programs Team and the SALTO EECA Center in Poland. 2. Place of implementation services - conference and hotel facilities located in the Republic of Poland. 3. The Ordering Party plans 10 events during the duration of the contract, the final number of meetings will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party and available funds. financial. 4. Deadline: implementation of the subject of the contract from the date of signing for a period of 20 months or until the amount allocated for its implementation is exhausted, depending on which event occurs first. 5.
