The subject of the order is the provision of hotel and restaurant services and the provision of training and workshop rooms during an educational and respite trip for the purposes of implementing the action by the Regional Center for Social Policy in Krakow. The scope of the order includes: a) Provision of 1 training and teaching room with equipment for approx. 15 people; b) Providing 4 training, workshop and recreation rooms with equipment, for approx. 15 people each, for group classes for children; c) Providing 1 room for approximately 72 people for the integration and summary meeting; d) Providing 2 nights' accommodation with breakfast for each participant; e) Providing meals in the form of 3 lunches and 2 dinners (including one in the form of a bonfire/barbecue); f) Providing 2 coffee breaks for adults and 2 breaks for children (one second breakfast and one afternoon snack);g) Organization of a bonfire/barbecue together with the provision of music (e.g. in the form of a band/DJ with equipment and host staff technical)2.
