A temporary insurance shall be attached with the tender. In the name of the government entity to the Committee, by a payable check or by a bank guarantee letter issued by a local bank or accredited in the State of Qatar, valid for at least 120 days from the date specified for the delivery of the tender
The period of validity of bids shall be at least 90 days from the date of expiry of the period specified for submission of bids
The value of the final insurance (10%) of the contract value. The deposit is made by a bank guarantee letter accepted by a local or accredited bank
During the term of the contract and after the approval of the Tenders and Auctions Committee, the Government Authority shall have the right to increase or decrease the amounts of items, works or services
Bids shall be signed and stamped with the company seal, and shall be deposited in closed envelopes in the name of Mr. / Chairman of the Competent Tenders and Auctions Committee.
