For those who wish to participate and those who are available Conditions stipulated in the Contracts Regulations promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004: Submitting an offer in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope on which the name of the bidder is written, according to the following: The first envelope: contains the initial insurance and identification papers with a financial stamp of 1, 000 LBP affixed to it. +500 SYP for requesting to participate in the advertisement and for temporary guarantees The second envelope: contains the technical offer and technical specifications The third envelope: contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices of the materials provided Primary insurance / 246, 000 / only two hundred and forty-six thousand Just a new Syrian pound Final deposit / 10% of the total value of the referral Implementation period: The contracted materials shall be secured and delivered within three months, starting from the day following the date on which the contractor is notified of the commencement order Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: three months from the date of Opening of offers will be renewed automatically once if there is no objection within seven days following the expiry date of the period The offer is divisible To obtain a booklet of technical, legal and financial conditions, visit the Hospital Supplies and Contracts Department for an amount of only 1000, one thousand new Syrian pounds to be paid.
