The purpose of the public market is the graphic design and layout of communication media of the Community of Commons Heart of Ostrevent.

The services will be the subject of (a) agreement (s) -frame (s) with purchase orders with an economic operator, with the amounts defined below:

Minimum annual amount: without.

Maximum annual amount: 40 000 EUR (excluding VAT).
