1. The subject of the order is the provision of funeral services for deceased persons whose burial was ordered by the Municipal Center for Social Services in Wroclaw.2. The subject of the order is defined by CPV codes: 98371000-4 funeral services, 98371100-5 cemetery services and cremation, 98370000-7 funeral services and similar.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type of service provided, can be found in the Price Calculations, which as Annexes No. 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d and 2e constitute an integral part of the SWZ.4. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor, during the execution of the order, employs persons under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, persons/persons performing activities directly in connection with the execution of the order, i.e. persons accepting orders and office services and persons performing body transport activities, the requirement for the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment relationship.
